The HTCG partners is a family both literally and figuratively. Peter Chua is the company’s Chief Executive Oﬃcer, his wife Annabelle Chua is the Chief Finance Oﬃcer, their daughter Katrina Chua-Hernandez is the Marketing Communications Director, and their cousin Ellery Go is the Director for Research and Development.
Each and every one of them is a business graduate, gifted with natural business acumen. They each have been successful in their own businesses – from local fast food chains, ink shops, rice distribution, and even a franchise of Beijing Tong Ren Tang, the biggest and oldest traditional medicine store from Beijing, China.
Their familial relationship with each other, driven by a shared dream and a passion for good food, allows them to be hands-on in the day-to-day operations of the various stores and brands, closely fostering both a sense of family and professionalism from each and every member of the company.
